HR Policy

To carry our place much higher that we have reached today in the sectors we have been operating, which is full of quality, success and first things and with our Hunernano Family Employees and while carrying out this; to convey the success of revealing human-oriented management to our employees, customers and stakeholders, which is at the top layer of our values.

Our aim in this path that we will follow during this process is to blend the eagerness and productivity of our employees who have newly joined our family and our employees who have had efforts for us to reach these days and create the synergy in our group of companies with teamwork, team spirit and with an employee profile using the resources efficiently.

It is essential to subject our employees to effective performance evaluation systems in order to get them achieved high performance, to ensure that they receive the necessary trainings, to support the cases with an effective reward system in which they achieve superior success within the framework of our values and competencies and demonstrate exemplary attitudes and behaviors that contribute to the organization, to draw their development and career maps together and help them develop themselves in terms of competencies.
